L’assistente turistico rappresenta nei centri vacanza il punto di riferimento per i Tour Operator. E’ l’occhio diretto dell’azienda che si affida a mani esperte per dare ai turisti un servizio esclusivo durante la loro vacanza. L’assistente si mette a disposizione del cliente per qualsiasi necessità ed emergenza risolvendo ogni problema possa verificarsi durante il loro soggiorno. La sua presenza è costante, dall’arrivo dei clienti in aeroporto, all’assistenza in hotel, fornendo loro qualsiasi informazione utile ed agevolandone ogni richiesta. Le figure professionali selezionate si differenziano in: capi centro, responsabili operativi, assistenti residenti ed itineranti.

[:en]In holiday centres, tourist assistants are the point of reference for tour operators.

They are the very eye of the company, which relies on expert hands to provide tourists with a unique service during their vacation. The assistants are available to the customers for any emergency or need, solving any issues that may occur during their stay. They are a constant presence from the arrival of the customers at the airport to the assistance at the hotel, providing them with all relevant information and facilitating all requests.

We are currently looking for the following professionals: centre leaders, operational managers, itinerant and resident assistants.

GUEST RELATION

[:it]La Guest Relation è una figura professionale che si occupa di garantire la soddisfazione del cliente curandone le relazioni all’interno della struttura in cui alloggia. Il suo compito è quello di dare informazioni  e consigli accogliendo gli ospiti al loro arrivo, facendoli sentire a proprio agio, seguendone tutte le esigenze e illustrando le caratteristiche della struttura. E’ una figura che segue l’ospite passo passo, informata, disponibile con una spiccata propensione alle relazioni esterne e conoscenza delle lingue straniere. Curata nel suo aspetto e dotata di un’ottima dialettica, farà sentire l’ospite come a casa.

His/her job is to give information and advice welcoming guests as they arrive, making them feel at ease, following all their requirements and illustrating the characteristics of the structure. It is a figure that follows the guest step by step, it is informed, helpful, with a strong inclination towards external relations and a perfect knowledge of foreign languages. Of neat appearance and with excellent dialectic skills, the guest relation manager will make guests feel at home.
